Nicole & Mark
February 5, 2013
I somehow failed to post this, my last wedding of 2012. In my defense we had like… a really ridiculous end of the year. At any rate, their wedding was rad, they’re fantastic people who I still get to occasionally harass via twitter, and it was an amazing way to wrap up my wedding season. Please to enjoy Nicole and Mark’s pink and black, Alice in Wonderland themed wedding.

Melinda & Rod: Family Session
January 13, 2012
Melinda contacted me late last year about shooting her wedding. But before they made it legal, they wanted to head downtown and take some family portraits. We were originally planning on Mount Washington, but settled on hanging around Station Square for the afternoon.
Rod was behind me, trying to get a laugh out of the kids. I didn’t ask, but I’m not sure I really want to know what he was up to.

We took a few shots on the landing of the Gateway Clipper, which was technically unlocked. Which makes it technically, probably not trespassing. Probably.

Brownsville
February 2, 2010
Last time I was doing portraits in town, I snapped a few shots. I guess if Brownsville HAD a downtown, this would be it.
Zack Arias does what he calls GOYA shoots (for Get Off Your Ass). This blog tends to get a little random during the off season, because when I’m not shooting weddings, I’m still always shooting something. And when I get to shoot whatever I want, you just never know what I’ll end up with. Some of these coming up will be shots that just never made it to the blog, some will be new. I’ve got some travel coming up soon, so we’ll see how fast I can get it edited and posted.
If you’re looking for weddings, there is the “wedding” tag and galleries to check out. There will be more starting in April or so. In the meantime, more to come…
