Cory & Anna: Engaged

October 23, 2012

Someday, I’ll actually visit the Duquesne Incline for reasons other than photos. Someday. Since Cory and Anna got engaged here, we thought it’d be a good start for their photos. We were hoping to catch some great sunrise action, but ended up with a pretty cloudy morning.

But the shoes totally made up for it. Love those shoes.

After that, we did some exploring around Schenley Park. For maximum Pittsburghness, they broke out the Steelers jerseys.

See more on Facebook.

Wow, have things gotten hectic around here. Wedding season is in full swing, WMC Fest is coming up, and I just got a new machine so that I can edit your photos EVEN FASTER.

First up, meet Anthony & Kriscinda.

They were so much fun to hang out with, and are absolutely bonkers about each other. We got a few shots in their backyard (“Yeah, we have photo shoots in our backyard like… ALL the time.”) I’ve had several couples ask to take some photos with their dog, but this is the first that wanted some with their cat. As you can see, she’s totally psyched to be involved.

I have serious jacket envy.

We moved on to a local cemetery where they like to walk after that, and got some great sun flare.

I mentioned that this was pretty close to Chatham, where I’d gone to grad school, and found out that Kriscinda had graduated from there as well. Small world, eh?

One of the cool things about my job is meeting new people, but it also means I get to explore a lot of new places. This time, I got to do both, and spent an afternoon hanging out with Kelly and Brian at Hartwood Acres. They wanted to bring their dog, Honeybear, along and it turns out she’s pretty photogenic as well.

They make such a sweet little family.

20% Off Portraits

February 6, 2012

Maybe you’ve been thinking about getting some family portraits, but just haven’t had a good excuse to do it. Or you really need to update the portraits for your company’s about page, but you didn’t have quite enough in the budget. Maybe you’ve grown a super sweet mustache, and the world needs to know.

I’m not judging your motivation, here, is what I’m saying. Whatever your reasoning, if you’ve been thinking about getting a portrait session and have been putting it off, now would be a great time to book one. Because if you book it between February 1st and March 31st, you’ll get 20% off. That’s family photos, bridal shots, engagement, promo, corporate headshots, if it’s a portrait, then you get to spend 20% less cash on it.

I’m giving you guys two whole months to take advantage of this deal, but it’s first come first served, and sessions have to take place within those two months. You can find more information about portrait sessions on the pricing page, or get in touch at info@mooreclick.com to book a session.

Also, I’ve given newsletter subscribers a head start on this. If you want to get first dibs on future deals, you can sign up here.
